For our 400 Hz plane on-board power supply we look for a choke as small and as light as possible. At 50% higher currents, the choke should still maintain its inductance.
Solution
We choose a cut core choke to keep losses and weight low. By adjusting the air gap we can reach the demanded inductance-current stability.
