Customer demand

We need a transformer which has geometrically separated windings. As the device will be operated with 50 kHz, we need appropriate material with low losses.

Solution

We build a transformer using a ferrite core. The primary and secondary coil are constructed separately. Primary and secondary part have a specified air distance. For a mechanic fixation and as protection against environmental influences the windings are sealed by a hydrophobic and highly temperature resistant cast resin.
