HF-transformer, HF-transducer, ferrite transformer, SMPS transformer
Suitable as HF-transformer for power integrations (TOPSWITCH, TINYSWITCH), Advanced Technology and ST(VIPer). HF choke can also be built
according to customer specification, more than one input and output voltages are possible
20 kHz up to 300 kHz, special types up to 500 kHz
N87 or PL7 for high power, with other materials it’s less power
F (155 °C) for varnished and B (130 °C) for potted components
Ambient 40 °C, higher ambient temperature decreases the power
Fire class UL94V0, IP00 conform to DIN 40 050
with lacquered copper wire, HF-litz, foil or triple insulated Furukawa wire, interlaced construction, for optimal magnetic coupling
varnished under vacuum(open Version) with class H varnish or potted under vacuum in a housing

Margins to redeem air and creepage distances. A screening is possible, but the secondary power will decrease.
